D STORE is a supermarket chain store concept owned by the China Import and Export Fair, also knows as the World’s largest exhibition called the Canton Fair.

“CREATE A CHAIN STORE FORMAT IN THE LARGEST TRADESHOW BUILDING AND EVENT IN THE WORLD: THE CANTON FAIR”

CHALLENGE

As the busiest fair and exhibition space in China, the location had only a short window for creation, design and execution of the new supermarket chain store format before the new Canton Fair with over 200,000 visitors and 25,000 exhibitors took place.

CHALLENGE

The format should also be flexible to cater displays for multiple brands during the Canton Fair.

SOLUTIONS

Within a matter of week we developed a format for over 30 locations with each another floor plan within the 12,174,000 sq ft (1,131,000 m2) location.
